No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident Monday in Creston.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 8 a.m. Nov. 14, a 2016 GMC Terrain, driven by Erin Wallace, 39, of Creston, was southbound on Mulberry Street when it was hit by a 2007 Dodge Charger, driven by Matthew Luce, 17, of Creston who was westbound on Summit Street. Luce told officers he saw the GMC approaching the intersection but thought if he sped up enough he could clear the intersection before it.
Estimated damage to Wallace’s vehicle was listed at $1,500. Damage to Luce’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000.
