Creston Police: Creston man arrested on third or subsequent drug charge

Jabon Allen Lee Diercks, 35, of Creston, was taken into custody at 11:50 p.m., May 14 on the charge of possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense.

Diercks was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $5,000 cash or surety bond.
