Phase 1 of Fontanelle apartments up for rent

The first phase of the Woodland Park Apartments in Fontanelle, housed in the former Good Samaritan Society building at 326 Summerset Street, is open for residents.

Zoul Properties said in a press release last week it has completed and opened Phase 1 o f the apartments. This initial offering consists of 15 one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The apartments feature all new accomodations, including modern kitchens and baths. The two-bedroom apartments feature two baths. Rents are $675 for the one-bedroom and $775 for the two-bedroom option. All utilities are paid for in the monthly rent.

This apartment community features interior corridors for apartment entry, a common gathering room and laundry facility. An additional 15 apartments will be complete in fall 2024 as part of Phase 2.

Zoul Properties acquired this property in September 2023 and commenced renovations shortly thereafter. The project represents a major investment in Fontanelle and addresses a high demand for housing in the area, including Greenfield.
