No citations were issued after an accident 1 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Taylor and Abell streets.
According to a Creston Police report, Kolby Richard Hulett was traveling west on Taylor Street in a 1998 Chevrolet when he struck a 2005 Chevrolet driven by Dean Lewis Richards, who was stopped and waiting to make a left turn onto Abell Street.
Estimated damage was $1,500 to Hewlett’s vehicle and $1,000 to Richards’ vehicle.
