Christopher Lee Perryman, 33, of Garden Grove died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019, at his home in Garden Grove.
Funeral services were 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, at Slade-O’Donnell Funeral Home, 103 NE Mill St., in Leon. Visitation was from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established by the family.
Christopher Lee Perryman, son of Marty Dale Collis and Theca Liuwana Perryman, was born Feb. 25, 1985, at Chariton. Chris grew up in Allerton, and attended Wayne Community Schools. He worked as a mechanic, and in 2016, became manager of the Osceola Car Quest store.
On Jan. 27, 2011, he married Samantha Lindsey Anderson in Allerton.
Chris is survived by his wife Sam Perryman of Garden Grove; son Phoenix Perryman; mother Theca Mitchell of Garden Grove; father and stepmother, Marty and Elizabeth Collis of Garden Grove; brother Tye (Amber) Mitchell of Lucas; sister Danielle Collis of Queen City, Missouri; aunt Ruth Perryman; uncle Darle Brewer; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents.
