Registration for Panther Baseball Club camp now open

The Panther Baseball Club announced registration is open for their camp.

Open to children in third through sixth grade, the Panther Baseball Club offers a camp on each Saturday from April 23 and May 14 at Creston High School’s baseball field.

According to a news release, the baseball camp is “preparing the player to be ready for middle school and high school level with the same philosophies as Creston baseball”.

The fee for the camp is $50 per child, which includes six hours of elite instruction by middle school/high school players and staff, a shirt and on May 15 games starting at 4 p.m. to put the skills learned into play. Checks can be made out to Creston High School Baseball.

Registration forms will be sent home with students at school.

Parents night will be held on April 21 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school commons to go over expectations, meet the staff and ask any questions they may have. Registration can be done that night or the first day of camp, April 23.

All club members will be recognized at a home varsity game this summer. For more information, one may contact head coach Brandon Phipps at Bphipps@crestonschools.org
