Creston Police respond to 83 calls March 30-April 5

According to the Creston Police Department’s weekly press release, between Monday, March 30 through Sunday, April 5, officers responded to 83 calls for service including multiple animal calls, accidents, civil calls, suspicious activity, criminal calls and medical calls.

A total of 13 traffic stops were made by the police department, resulting in two citations and 10 warnings being issued and one arrest being made.

Five individuals were arrested during the reporting period.

No significant incidents requiring additional public notification took place.

Officers visited during Cub Club at Creston Elementary School and were at the Creston Fire Department Easter Egg Hunt. Training for the Multi-Jurisdictional Entry Team and police K-9 was also reported.
