Union County: Cromwell man charged with contempt

Eric L. Millslagle, 43, of Cromwell, was taken into custody Feb. 2 on a Union County warrant for the charge of violation of a no-contact/protective order.

According to a Union County report, on Jan. 26 the protected party in a no-contact order against Millslagle reported violations to the order. The victim provided text messages sent to them by Millslagle while the order was active. The victim did not respond to any of the messages.

Millslagle was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from on his own recognizance on a promise to appear at his initial appearance.
