Fallon D. May, 40, of Creston, was taken into custody 12:59 p.m. Dec. 26, in the 900 block of West Mills Street on the charge of violation of a no contact order.
According to a Creston Police report, officers went to the residence to see if May was there. May is prohibited from being at the residence due to a valid temporary no contact order issued Dec. 10 in Union County. In addition, the order prevents May from contacting residents at the home. The protected party answered the door and told officers May was inside.
May was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $300 cash-only bond.
