No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle rollover accident Friday in Union County.
According to a Union County Sheriff’s Office report, at approximately 3:05 p.m. a 2011 Ford F350 pulling a trailer, driven by Matthew J. Henrichs, 45, of Murray, northbound on Trout Avenue, navigating the corner as the road turns into 270th Street.
As Henrichs continued eastbound on 270th Street, he felt the trailer pull off the side of the road and attempted to correct it. Henrichs realized he was going too fast and overcorrected. Before Henrichs could brake in time, the truck rolled into the north ditch and struck a fence.
Damage to the Ford was estimated at $15,000 and damage to the fence was estimated at $500.
