Jillian R. Weaver, 38, of Creston, was taken into custody 9:33 a.m. Dec. 5 at the the Adair County Sheriff’s Office on an Adair County warrant for the charge of violation of probation.
According to an Iowa Department of Correctional Services report, on April 11 Weaver was convicted of OWI, first offense and received a suspended sentence including two years probation. She was also granted a deferred judgement of two years probation on a child endangerment charge.
Weaver was charged Sept. 26 with public intoxication in Polk County. During the incident she provided a breath sample for a PBT, the result of which indicated her BrAC to be .191%. This is a violation of the terms of her probation.
Weaver was transported to the Adair County Jail where she was released from after posting $2,000 cash or surety bond.
