Colin T. Farrow, 28, of Corning, was taken into custody Nov. 18 on an Adams County warrant for the charge of violation of probation.
According to a Judicial District Department of Correctional Services report, Farrow was sentenced April 1 to two years in prison for the charge of burglary, third degree - motor vehicle. The sentence was suspended and Farrow was placed on probation for one year.
Farrow violated the rules of his probation on July 16 when he was charged with four counts of violation of a no-contact order; on June 25 when he was charged with 15 counts of violation of a no-contact order and on June 20 when he was alleged to have committed the offenses of unauthorized use of a credit card and three counts of theft, fifth degree.
Farrow also failed to report to scheduled probation appointments on Oct. 14 and Nov. 4. His whereabouts were unknown to his probation officer.
Farrow was transported to the Adams County Jail and held without bond until seen by the court who issued the arrest warrant.

Devin L. Heimke, 32, of Corning, was taken into custody Nov. 20 on an Adams County warrant for the charge of violation of probation.
According to a Judicial District Department of Correctional Services report, Heimke was sentenced May 1, 2024, to five years in prison for an OWI, third or subsequent offense conviction. The sentence was suspended and Heimke was placed on probation for three years.
On July 17, Heimke was charged with burglary, third degree, assault - fear or immediate contact, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.
An additional violation report, filed Nov. 17, stating Heimke had exceeded absences on two occasions for court ordered classes and had missed his last two scheduled probation appointments on Oct. 28 and Nov. 12.
Heimke was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $5,000 bond, of which 10% payment is acceptable.

Collin S. Gregory, 25, of Corning, was taken into custody Nov. 17 on the charge of harassment, third degree.
According to an Adams County report, at approximately 6:18 p.m. a male contacted the sheriff’s office with evidence of Gregory harassing him in text messages.
The text messages included encouraging the victim to engage in a physical fight with Gregory, among other things. There were a total of approximately 20 messages, videos and pictures sent to the victim by Gregory.
On the same day, on two separate occasions, Gregory reported that the victim was harassing him but was unable to provide proof, claiming he had deleted his text messages.
Gregory was transported to the Adams County Jail where he was released from after posting $300 cash bond.

George L. Erb, 71, of Logan, was taken into custody Nov. 10 on the charge of driving while barred.
According to an Adams County report, at approximately 12:32 a.m. a 2010 Dodge Caravan was stopped for speeding near Aspen Avenue on Highway 34. Contact was made with the driver, identified as Erb, who was found to have a barred Iowa driver’s license.
Erb was transported to the Adams County Jail where he was released from after posting $100 cash bond.
