He admitted to having two Crown Apple and Sprite drinks throughout the night, the last one being approximately 30 minutes before being stopped.
The passenger told another officer they had arrived at the bar around 8 p.m. and been drinking vodka and Red Bull drinks and Supinger had drank a couple. Supinger then said he had a Crown Apple drink at dinner and a vodka drink at the bar.
Supinger refused all field sobriety testing and a PBT. He was transported to the Union County Law Enforcement Center where he refused to provide a breath sample for chemical testing.
