No citations were issued Monday in a two-vehicle accident in Creston.
According to a Creston Police report, at 3:30 p.m. a 2012 Chevrolet Impala, driven by Jayden M.A. Millslagle, 22, of Creston, was eastbound on Laurel Street. At the same time, a 2016 Jeep Patriot, driven by Katelynn J. Stevens, 30, of Creston, was northbound, exiting a parking lot onto Laurel Street.
Stevens looked before exiting but did not see the Impala, failed to yield the right-of-way from the stop sign and pulled out in front of the Impala where it was hit.
Millslagle complained of knee pain. She was checked by medics at the scene but was not transported.
Damage to the Impala was estimated at $5,000 and damage to the Patriot was estimated at $4,000.
