Creston Police: Creston teen charged with OWI

Jayden R. V. Peavler, 21, of Creston, was taken into custody 8:57 p.m. Oct. 9, at Montgomery Street and Sumner Avenue on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance - marijuana, second offense.

According to Union County District Court documents, Peavler was ordered to appear Oct. 3 for a pretrial conference on the original charge and did not.

Peavler was transported to the Union County Jail and held without bond until his initial appearance.

Brandon S. Molina de Leon, 19, of Creston, was taken into custody 2:51 a.m. Oct. 10, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on the charges of OWI, first offense and interference with official acts.

No details on the charges were available.

Molina was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $1,300 cash or surety bond.
