Accident: Two-vehicles damaged in Creston accident

No citations were issued Tuesday in a two-vehicle accident in Creston.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 1:53 p.m. Sept. 30, a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado, driven by George R. Lombard, 68, of Red Oak, backed into a a 2025 Chevrolet Traverse, driven by Diana L. Miller, 60, of Creston.

Lomard was backing out of a parking space on West Adams Street when he struck the westbound Traverse.

Damage to the Traverse was estimated at $5,000 and damage to the Colorado was estimated at $2,000.
