According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 1:17 p.m. a 2017 Ford Escape, driven by Penny L. Ripperger, 72, of Thayer, was westbound on Taylor Street when the Escape began to make a left turn to go south on Sumner Avenue. At the same time, a 2003 Ford Taurus, driven by Briget G.
