Creston Police: Suspended driver charged

Nicholas K. Thornton, 27, of Creston, was taken into custody 9:52 p.m. Sept. 8, at Sumner Avenue and Townline Street on the charge of driving while suspended.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 9:42 p.m. Thornton was observed driving a 2022 Ford Escape while having a suspended driver’s license.

Thornton was cited and released on a summons to appear. .
