Creston Police: Creston man misses court

Andrew T. Palmer 31, of Creston, was taken into custody Aug. 28, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of violation of probation.

According to a Union County District Court document, Palmer was ordered to appear in court Aug. 22 for a hearing on the original charge and did not appear.

Palmer was transported to the Union County Jail where he was held without bond until seen in district court.
