Adair County: Man cited for trespassing

Lee J. Wiggins, 58, of Cumming, was taken into custody 9:48 p.m. Aug. 22, in Bridgewater on the charge of trespass, first offense.

According to an Adair County Sheriff’s Office report, Wiggins was seen on camera at approximately 2:24 p.m. Aug. 21, in the backyard of a residence on Northwest Fourth Street in Bridgewater, looking at the back of the residence. He is seen on the footage clearly past any property lines.

Wiggins claimed he was picking up branches that had fallen from a neighbor’s tree into the victim’s yard.

Wiggins was cited and released on a summons to appear.
