Logan McQueen, 19, of Corning, was taken into custody Aug. 7, on the charge of criminal mischief, fifth degree.
According to an Adams County report, deputies spoke to a male reporting a possible no-contact order violation. While speaking with the reporting party, deputies learned McQueen had made a video of himself destroying the victim’s iPad.
Deputies spoke with McQueen, who admitted to destroying the item and to making a video of it. He stated it occurred approximately one month prior, near the end of June.
McQueen was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $300 cash-only bond.

Steven Lamer, 41, of Creston, was taken into custody Aug. 7, on an Adams County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of contempt of court.
According to an Adams County District Court document, Lamer was ordered to appear in court Aug. 5 for a contempt hearing and did not appear.
Lamer was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $100 cash-only bond.

Jacob D. Jones, 31, of Corning, was taken into custody Aug. 7, on 19 Adams County warrants for the charges of failure to appear on the original charges of contempt of court.
According to Adams County District Court documents, Jones was ordered to appear Aug. 5 in court for multiple contempt or payment-compliance hearings and did not appear.
Jones was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $950 cash-only bond.

Joey D. Shires, 32, of Corning, was taken into custody Aug. 5, after turning himself in on an Adams County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of criminal mischief, third degree.
According to an Adams County District Court document, Shires was ordered to appear in court Aug. 5 for arraignment on the original charge and did not appear.
Shires was transported to the Adams County Jail where he was released from after posting $2,000 cash-only bond.

Brandon Brown, 30, of Lenox, was taken into custody Aug. 5, on an Adams County warrants for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of violation of probation.
According to Adams County District Court documents, Brown was ordered to appear June 10 for show-cause hearings on the original charges and did not appear.
Brown was transported to the Adams County Jail where he was released from after posting $2,500 cash or surety bond.
