No injuries were reported Friday in a two-vehicle accident in Creston.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 1:15 p.m. a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, driven by Melanie C. Ruby, 54, of Diagonal, was westbound on Highway 34 attempting to turn north on to Patriotic Parkway.
The Jeep did not make a sharp enough turn and struck a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Linda L. James, 83, of Creston, that was southbound on Patriotic Parkway, sitting at the stop sign.
Damage to the Jeep was estimated at $2,000 and damage to the Chevrolet was estimated at $2,500.

No citations were issued Sunday in a two-vehicle accident in Creston.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 4:13 p.m. a 2009 Chevrolet Express, driven by Damien N. Beard, 22, of Creston, was eastbound on Clark Street while a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Michelle E. Jones, 42, of Afton, was westbound on the same street.
Both vehicles came to the Walnut Street intersection where both had yield signs and both vehicles proceeded through the intersection. The Express made a left turn, while the Equinox continued straight, when it stuck rear passenger side of the Express.
Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $1,000 each.
