Zoe P. M. Hull, 22, of Creston, was taken into custody 3:04 p.m. Sept. 5 at her residence on the charges of domestic abuse assault, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 2:48 p.m. officers responded to a domestic dispute in which a female was reported to be threatening to stab a male and had slashed his tires. When officers arrived, the male victim was standing beside his truck which had a flat rear tire. The victim had a red mark on his arm from a thrown object hitting him. Hull admitted to throwing the object but said she threw it at the ground and it bounced and hit the victim’s arm.
A search of Hull’s person after she was taken into custody located a pipe used to smoke THC wax and a capsule containing wax residue.
Hull was transported to the Adams County Jail where she was released from on her own recognizance after appearing before a judge.

Cathryn A. Woods, 64, of Creston, was taken into custody 12:45 a.m. Sept. 6, on Lake Shore Drive for the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a Creston Police report, while looking for a subject in the area, officers checked on a vehicle parked at the Cozy Campers Campground in McKinley Park. A female, identified as Woods, rolled down the driver’s side window and the odor of marijuana was immediately detected.
When asked how much marijuana was in the vehicle, Woods said none but admitted to having a THC vape pen. Woods then searched through her vehicle and located a tin containing what appeared to be marijuana and a pipe.
Woods was cited and released at the scene on a summons to appear.
