Creston Police report - March 29, 2024

Molly N. Bagby, 20, of Corning, was taken into custody 11:28 p.m. March 28 at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for the charges of ongoing criminal conduct - unlawful activity and 16 counts of lottery - forgery or theft of ticket.

According to a Creston Police report, while employed at the Hy-Vee gas station in Creston between December 2023 and February, Bagby took multiple Iowa Lottery scratch tickets and Iplay tickets without paying for them.

Bagby was transported to the Union County Jail where she was released after posting $85,000 cash or surety bond.
