Nickolas A. Treanor, 41, of Creston, was taken into custody 6:09 a.m. Jan. 15 at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Polk County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on a probation revocation on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance -Schedule I.
No information is available on the charge.
Treanor was transported to the Union County Jail and held awaiting extradition to the Polk County Jail, where he must serve 30 days.
