Creston Police report - Dec. 3, 2023

Aaron E. Porter, 49, of Creston, was taken into custody 4:15 p.m. Nov. 29 at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for the charge of assault.

According to Union County District Court documents, a warrant was issued Nov. 27 after charges were filed by Creston Police Department for a Nov. 8 incident.

Porter was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting 10% of a $300 cash bond.

Paul Daniels, 39, of Creston, was taken into custody 2:18 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 100 block of Manor Drive on the charge of domestic assault - impeding flow of air or blood.

No details were available.

Daniels was transported to the Union County Jail and held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
