Joshua A. Connelly, 37, of Lorimor, was taken into custody Nov. 26 on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of driving while barred.
According to a Union County District Court document, Connelly was to appear in court Nov. 17, for a pretrial conference but did not appear.
Connelly was transported to the Union County Jail and held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
