Creston Police report - Nov. 28, 2023

Garrett A. Harper, 43, of Creston, was taken into custody 4:42 p.m. Nov. 27 at his residence on a Union County warrant for the charge of harassment, third degree.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 11:22 a.m. Nov. 14, police were notified of a harassment report in which the victim was receiving messages from Harper. The victim provided the messages sent to him to police, which were sexual in nature and caused the victim to be upset and annoyed.

Harper was transported to the Union County Jail and was held without bond until seen by the magistrate, who released Harper on his own recognizance.
