Creston arrests - Nov. 22, 2023

Ryan R. Rinehart, 44, of Creston, was taken into custody 9:35 a.m, Nov. 21, in the 600 block of Wyoming Street on the charge of driving while barred.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 9:30 a.m. officers conducted a traffic stop on a 2011 Buick Regal for having excessive window tint. Contact was made with the driver, identified as Rinehart, who was found to possess a barred driver’s license.

Rinehart was cited and released at the scene on a summons to appear.
