Lela A. Churchwell, 44, of Creston, was taken into custody 4:07 p.m. Nov. 17 in the 200 block of West Union Street on a Union County warrant for the charge of disorderly conduct, loud raucous noise.

Churchwell was transported to the Union County Jail where she was released from after posting $300 cash or surety bond.

Rogelio Olivera-Martinez, 31, of Creston, was taken into custody 10:31 p.m. Nov. 17 in the 100 block of Manor Drive on the charges of possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia and an Adair County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of driving while under the influence, first offense.

Olivera-Martinez was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $1,000 cash bond.

Pedro Quintanilla-Flores, 52, of Lenox, was taken into custody 11:06 p.m. Nov. 17 at Cottonwood and Townline streets on the charge of driving while revoked.

Quintanilla-Flores was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Arturo Marin, 39, of Afton, was taken into custody 2:33 a.m. Nov. 18 at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on the charge of OWI, first offense.

Marin was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Kevin J. Jungers, 36, of Lenox, was taken into custody 3:58 p.m. Nov. 18 in the 400 block of South Vine Street on the charges of driving while barred, possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine, third or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jungers was transported to the Union County Jail and held on $8,000 cash or surety bond.
