Davia D Morrison, 30, of Watervliet, New York, was taken into custody at 8:14 a.m. Sept. 28 at Adams and Pine streets on the charges of trespass, first offense; disorderly conduct - loud raucous noise and interference with official acts.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 8 a.m. officers were called to Amtrak for report of a female passenger, later identified as Morrison, who was refusing to leave the train. Morrison was asked to return to her seat by a conductor and she became argumentative and loud, disrupting other passengers. Morrison was told by Amtrak that she would have to leave the train in Creston and she refused. When officers arrived, they advised Morrison she had to exit the train, she again refused.

After being told multiple times to get off the train, Morrison was taken into custody and made to exit. When officers attempted to handcuff her, she pulled away and resisted. She was taken to the ground in order to handcuff her. She held on to the railings and would not let go until her fingers were pried from them. During the incident, officers received scratches and abrasions.

Morrison was transported to the Adams County Jail where she was later released.
