Cassandra Allen, 25, of Tingley, was taken into custody 3:07 p.m. March 22 on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of theft, fifth degree.

According to a Union County District Court document, Allen was to appear March 21 in court for a show cause hearing on the original charge and did not appear.

Allen was transported to the Union County Jail where she was released from after being fingerprinted by order of the court.
