Tekeno Latrill Kae Shaun Gipson, 21, of Creston, was taken into custody 7:41 a.m. March 16 at his residence on the charge of sexual assault, second degree.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 5 a.m. Gipson inappropriately touched a 9-year-old girl. Gipson admitted the acts to officers.

Gipson was transported to the Union County Jail and held on $25,000 cash or surety bond.
