Addisyn Vorm, 20, of Nevada, was taken into custody 3:08 a.m. March 10 on the 300 block of North Spruce Street on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to a Creston Police report at approximately 11:38 p.m. March 9 officers were called to a Spruce Street residence for a reported underage party. While outside the residence officers observed an unoccupied 2010 Chevrolet Impala with its doors open. The strong odor of marijuana was detected by officers standing next to the vehicle prompting a probable cause search. During the search several containers with THC wax residue, rolling papers and a marijuana pipe were located and seized.

Officers identified the probable possessor of the vehicle by an ID, belonging to Vorm, located in the vehicle. Officers made contact with Vorm, who after being read miranda, told officers the items found in the car were hers.

Vorm was cited and released at the scene on a summons to appear.
