Meadow Rae Cruickshank, 18, of Osceola, was taken into custody 6:02 p.m. Jan. 31 at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of disorderly conduct.

According to a Union County District Court document, Cruickshank was ordered to appear in court Jan. 31 on the original charge and did not appear.

She was transported to Adams County Jail and held on $300 cash or surety bond.

Jamie Torres, 39, of Creston, was taken into custody 7:30 p.m. Jan. 31, on the charges of possession controlled substance - marijuana, third offense; unlawfully manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance - hydrocodone; unlawfully manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance - marijuana, in an amount not more than 50 kilograms; failure to affix drug tax stamp and attach a used drug tax stamp.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 4:55 p.m. during the execution of a search warrant at his residence, Torres was found to be in possession of more than 42.5 ounces of marijuana, electronic scales and more than 10 dosage units of hydrocodone, Torres did not have a valid drug tax stamp affixed to the hydrocodone or marijuana.

Torres was transported to the Union County Jail and held on $27,000 cash or approved surety bond.
