Brooke M. Carter, 32, of Creston, was taken into custody 8:25 a.m. Dec. 1 on the 500 block of Townline Street for the charge of driving while barred.

According to a Creston Police report, officers observed Carter driving a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix near Division and Townline streets. Carter has a barred license.

Carter was transported to Union County Jail where she was released from after posting $2,000 cash or surety bond.

Robin Provot, 51, of Creston, was taken into custody 4:17 p.m. Dec. 1 on the 200 block of North Maple Street for the charge of disorderly conduct.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 4 p.m. officers were called to Hot Air Brewery in reference to a female outside of the business being disruptive. Provot was reportedly standing on the sidewalk outside yelling at people walking by her. Provot admitted to officers she had been yelling at people throughout the day. Creston Police had received multiple calls from other businesses during the day about her conduct.

Provot was transported to Adams County Jail and held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
