Meadow R. Cruickshank, 18, of Osceola, and Kaitlyn N. Mitchell, 18, of Afton, were taken into custody 11:40 p.m. Nov. 21 at the Creston Union County law Enforcement Center on the charge of disorderly conduct.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 9:12 p.m. both females were involved in a physical altercation with other females in the Southwestern Community College parking lot outside of the Spartan Court dorms. Cruickshank and Mitchell met the other individuals in the parking lot and a physical fight broke out. Both parties were seen on video being engaged in fight like behavior and throwing punches.
Cruickshank and Mitchell were cited and released from the Law Enforcement Center on a summons to appear.

Harmony Shaw, 18, of Fort Scott, Kansas, was taken into custody 12:20 a.m. Nov. 22 at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Center on the charge of simple assault.
According to a Creston Police report, Shaw assaulted a female in the SWCC parking lot outside of the Spartan Court dorms. Shaw met the other individuals in the parking lot and a physical fight broke out between two females. Shaw was not initially involved in the fight, she got involved in the fight when the victim attempted to break up the fight. Shaw took the victim to the ground, got on top of her and punched her in the head/face several times. The victim sustained several cuts on her face and a concussion.
Shaw was cited and released from the Law Enforcement Center on a summons to appear.
