Andrew Mills, 21, of Creston, was taken into custody 10:32 p.m. Nov. 16 at his residence on a Wapello County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of driving while barred.

Mills was transported to the Union County Jail and held on $2,000 cash or approved surety bond.
