Jeremiah L. Parcher, 45, of Creston was taken into custody June 2 in Orient from another jurisdiction on Union County warrants for failure to appear and failure to serve jail sentences on the original charges of failure to abate nuisance, two counts of driving while barred and two counts of possession of an incendiary or explosive device.

According to Union County District Court reports, on Oct. 22, 2021, as part of a plea agreement on all charges, a jail sentence was imposed, which Parcher never served. Parcher also failed to appear for contempt proceedings that were scheduled for March 4.

Parcher is being held in the Union County Jail on $300 cash or surety bond and until the balance of imposed jail sentence is served.
