Julio Cesar Villalpando Castro, 42, 300 N. Walnut St., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, stalking, violation of a no contact order and second-degree theft 11:41 p.m. Saturday.

Villalpando Castro is being held in the Union County Jail on $14,300 bond.
