William Rondal House, 37, of Creston, was charged 4:32 p.m. Monday on a Union County warrant for domestic abuse assault at a Creston residence.
According to a Creston Police report, the original incident occurred Sept. 25 when an argument between House and the victim led to him pushing the victim down.
House was being held in the Union County Jail without bond until seen by the magistrate.

Isaiah James Lovell, 19, 1599 Maranatha Lane, was charged 12:52 a.m. Tuesday with interference with official acts, possession of two controlled substances and drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Manor Drive.
According to a Creston Police report, Lovell resisted while being arrested on an Adams County warrant. The officer found a small glass canister of methamphetamine in his front left pocket while restraining him. The officer also found a black plastic container that had a clear plastic baggie of cocaine in it and hypodermic needles in his sweatshirt pocket.
Lovell was being held in the Union County Jail on $2,600 bond.
