Timmie Lee Schultz, 63, 505 N.E. 7th St., Greenfield, was charged 12:09 a.m. Friday with disorderly conduct and interference with official acts at 207 E. Montgomery St.

According to a Creston Police report, Schultz was in a bar having difficulty standing with alcohol on his breath. The bar staff made statements he was causing a disturbance. Schultz resisted entering the vehicle and was kicking the door when apprehended.

Schultz was being held in the Union County Jail on $600 bond.
