According to a Creston Police report, a 2013 Buick was parked in the parking lot of Dollar Tree when it was struck by Samantha Marie Duff, 26, driving a 2014 Nissan.
Estimated damages were $5,000 to the Buick and $1,000 to Duff’s vehicle.
