Joseph Dean Gaiser, 38, 100 E. 13th St., Cromwell was charged Monday on a Union County warrant for domestic abuse assault in the 500 block of Birch Street in Creston.
According to a Union County Sheriff’s report, on June 21, Gaiser struck a female victim with his head during an argument. Pictures showed the victim had two black eyes and a broken nose. Someone close to the victim stated she stayed at their house and she signed a written statement of the events.
Gaiser was being held in the Union County Jail without bond until seen by a judge.
