Brandon James Case, 29, 112 W. Filmore St., Afton, was charged 6:24 p.m. Tuesday with driving while barred at 1100 Manor Dr.

Case was being held in the Union County Jail on $200 bond.

John Alan Schuster, 44, 4809 N. Sauter Dr. E., Prescott Valley, Arizona, was charged 10:12 p.m. Tuesday with disorderly conduct, trespass — refuse to vacate and public intoxication at 201 W. Taylor and 102 W. Taylor Streets.

According to Creston Police reports, Schuster was near Dairy Queen shouting in a manner considered disturbing by an individual. He was then at the Casey’s across the street despite being forbidden from entering. He began purchasing alcohol and admitting to consuming alcohol previously. He was administered a breathalyzer test of .067%.

Schuster was bing held in the Union County Jail on $600 bond.
