Terry Gordon Weeks, 44, 2327 E. 11th St., Corning, was charged July 26 on three active warrants for failure to appear on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a prescription drug at an undisclosed location.
According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, on July 15, 2020, a search warrant executed at Weeks’s residence found hydroxazine, marijuana and methamphetamine.
Weeks was being held in the Adams County Jail on $4,000 bond.

Joshua Andrew Fink, 36, 507 Prairie Ave., Stanton, was charged July 27 with driving while suspended at 1467 255th St. in Nodaway.
According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, Fink was sitting in the yard of a residence with no pants or shirt on with a four wheeler that ran out of gas. Fink was cooling off in the shade when an officer ran his license to find that he had been driving while suspended.
Fink was being held in the Adams County Jail on unknown bond.

Cedric James Nelson, 21, 703 E. Ohio St., Lenox, was charged 9:51 p.m. Sunday with operating while under the influence and possession of dangerous weapons under the influence at the intersection of 275th street and Highway 25 in Lenox.
According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, Nelson was stopped in his vehicle after driving passed a deputy at a high speed. Nelson had bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol. He also had an open container in his cup holder. Nelson failed all three standard sobriety tests and consented to a breathalyzer test. His test resulted in a BAC of .155. The deputy also found a gun case containing a Wolf magnum muzzle loader.
Nelson was being held in the Adams County Jail on unknown bond.

Cole Ray Aldrich, 26, 901 E. Grant St., Afton, was charged 11:24 p.m. Sunday with driving while suspended at the intersection of Highway 34 and Ginko avenue.
