Kayden Lee Witt, 21, 105 Main St., Redding, was charged 12:30 p.m. Saturday on a Union County warrant for violation of probation on the original charge of third-degree sexual assault at his residence.

According to a Creston Police report, on April 26, 2020, Witt had sex twice with an underage girl.

Witt was being held in the Union County Jail on $10,000.

Timothy James Ross, 50, 1119 S. Lincoln St., was charged 2:37 p.m. Saturday with assault causing bodily injury or mental illness at 302 N. Pine St.

According to a Creston Police report, video footage showed Ross assaulting a victim in a way that matched the victim’s claims.

Ross was cited and released on a summons to appear.

Leo Francis Long, 44, 807 W. Howard St., was charged 10:42 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct at 302 N. Pine St.

Long was cited and released from the Law Enforcement Center on a summons to appear.
