Dustin Ray Kilgore, 41, 508 5th St., Prescott, was charged 7:43 a.m. Wednesday with driving while suspended at 802 W. Taylor St.

Kilgore was being held in the Union County Jail on $300 bond.

Jessie Manuel Ramos, 49, address unknown, Fairfield, was charged 8:13 p.m. Wednesday with public intoxication at 600 Sheldon St.

According to a Creston Police report, an officer was dispatched to Hy-Vee answering to the report of a suspicious man outside the store possibly removing his pants. Ramos smelled strongly of alcohol and exhibited a wide range of emotions while speaking incoherently. Ramos consented to a breathalyzer test that resulted in a .171 BAC.

Ramos was being held in the Union County Jail on $300 bond.

Amanda Marie Blakley-Luddington, 23, 500 Livingston Ave. was charged 8:50 p.m. Wednesday with domestic assault in the 500 block of Sheldon avenue.

Blakley-Luddington was transferred to the Clarke County Jail without bond until an appearance before a judge.

Heather Layne Green, 35, 402 N. Maple St., was charged 2:37 a.m. Thursday with public intoxication at 400 N. Spruce St.

Green was being held in the Adams County Jail on $300 bond.
