Douglas Wayne Ruse, 57, 811 5th St., Corning, was charged 3:40 p.m. July 20 with violation of a no contact order at an undisclosed location.
According to an Adair County Sheriff’s report, a female victim reported to the Greenfield Police Department that Ruse had arrived at her residence to pick up items and talk. The victim referenced the no contact order and said Ruse wanted to come in but she did not let him.
Ruse was being held in the Adair County Jail without bond until an appearance before a judge.
