Adams County Sheriff

Robert Dean Surrell, 39, 1005 Benton St., Corning was charged 1:30 p.m. June 1 on an Adams County warrant for violation of a no contact order at 804 Davis Avenue.

According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, the female victim was outside of her workplace on break when Surrell shouted at her wanting to talk in order to mend their relationship. The victim didn’t answer Surrell and went back inside.

Surrell was being held in the Adams County Jail.

Tarra Ann Jones, 29, 2629 Hiatt Apple Trail, Winterset, was charged 9:36 a.m. June 8 with driving while license revoked, failure to file SR-22 insurance and failure to have interlock device at the intersection of U.S. Highway 34 and Loomis Avenue.

Jones was being held in the Adams County Jail on $1,000 bond.
